Honey Hojicha Latte Recipe

Ingredients:
3 grams high-quality hojicha powder
• 8 grams of organic honey
• 30 grams natural spring water (for best results heat to 90°C)
• 12 ounces hot (90°C) or cold organic whole milk, substitute with plant-based milk if desired
Directions:
Step 1: Add high-quality hojicha powder and hot natural spring water to a tea bowl
Step 2: Whisk the hojicha and water until smooth with thin layer of foam forms
Step 3: Add honey to the mix and whisk until honey is completely blended in
Step 4: Pour 12 ounces of hot or cold organic whole milk into a cup and pour the hojicha mix on top
Step 5: Optional, add desired amount of ice
